I am a former patient who received a demand letter. Why am I receiving a demand letter?

It has come to the Assignee’s attention that certain former patients have received insurance payments intended to use to cover their medical bills with Laser Spine. Those patients are required to remit those insurance payment to the Assignee. Those who have not remitted such payments will be receiving demand letters. In addition, certain patients may simply owe money for services and therefore received a demand letter.
