Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors for Laser Spine Institute

On March 14, 2019, Laser Spine Institute, LLC and fifteen affiliated entities (collectively referred to as “Laser Spine Institute” or “LSI”), as the assignors, executed an irrevocable assignment for the benefit of creditors (also known as an “ABC”) to Soneet Kapila as Assignee (the “Assignee”).

This website site has been created on behalf of the Assignee to provide information to creditors, former patients of Laser Spine Institute and to other interested parties. In addition, you will find information on the sale of assets.
